A head injury in 2021 forced me to evaluate how I expended my energy. I retuned to art after a long hiatus. Art heals! For me that was about the mindful practice of painting and drawing. For you it could be about enjoying beautiful art in your space or about creating. Maybe you want to unleash your creativity to experience more joy, relaxation and fun.

My inspiration comes from spending time in nature. Following your inspiration is a chance to get out of your head and explore the world with the curiosity of a child.

I enjoy helping people let go of convention and throw down colour without fear.
